Hi,
Many years ago, I used Datek which traded hands several times. I'm not sure who owns it now.
Then I switched to Sharebuilder and have been very happy with it, then it switched to CapitalOne within the last year or 2, then within the last few days, I get news that the accounts will merge with Etrade later this year.
And, on my Scottrade account which I have had for a few years, will now go to TDAmeritrade. Super annoying.
I hope that my cost basis is maintained during the transfer.
Please help.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
